Agent Bridge End User License Agreement

By installing or using Agent Bridge (the “Software”), sold by Cloud Core Systems LLC (“we”), you agree to these terms.

Trial. You may use the Software free of charge for 40 days from first use on a computer, for evaluation.
Subscription. After the trial, use requires a paid annual subscription, priced per seat and renewed automatically each year until cancelled. Each subscription covers the number of seats purchased; one seat is one computer on which the Software is activated at a time. You may move a seat by releasing it from one computer (“Release this machine”) and activating it on another.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and your statement shows “LINK.COM* CLOUDCORE SYSTEMS”. You can cancel or change the subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Restrictions. You may not share a licence key beyond the seats purchased, circumvent or disable the licence check, or reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the Software, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services. The Software runs the Claude Code command-line tool, which you install and sign in to separately under Anthropic’s own terms. Your use of Claude Code, and anything it costs, is between you and Anthropic. The Software is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic or Microsoft.
Your code. The Software sends your prompts, and the files and context you allow, to the Claude Code tool running on your computer. It does not send them to us. What leaves your computer for us is described in the privacy statement (/agent-bridge/privacy).
No warranty. The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. AI agents can change or delete files; review what they do and keep your work under version control.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination. These terms end if you break them. Sections 4, 7 and 8 survive.
